• Act as Escalation point within the domain and point of contact for business.
• Prepare flow charts, business project management workflow, and system diagrams to assist in management analysis.
• Interact with business users and IT to define current and future applications requirements and success factors.
• Provides strategic business analyses services to business partners.
• Ensure that the Solution Architecture and Design meet functional requirements and internal guidelines.
• Support PM in monitoring and overseeing the delivery aspects of Project planning and Execution from Select to Deploy Phases.
• Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
• Coordinate daily activities.
• Direct and coordinate a team of functional support specialists
• Prioritize issues as they come in to Help Desk and escalate when necessary
• Regularly analyze and review logs to determine if problems are imminent and develop solutions before they occur
• Analyze situations and determine resources needed to solve them
• Make decisions quickly, ususally with limited information
• Follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with problem resolution; identify support team problem areas and implement corrective actions
• Ensure ongoing training for support staff; advise tech support staff on career planning; maintain and analyze training records
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD with great knowledge in FI & MM
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
• Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Achieving the SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
• Provide direction and leadership of SD Team
