1. OFFICE ENGINEER
February 2012 - Current
AL-KASIB GROUP OF ENGINEERING SERVICES - SWAT, KPK, PAKISTAN
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Official Documentation, review of Construction/shop drawings, processing of material submittal results and request for information and assisting the M&E Engineers.
• Preparing fortnightly Progress Report and Presentations.
• Provide Technical support for construction effort.
• Resolve and document design conflicts.
• Conduct constructability review such as Module adjustment.
• Interface with all stakeholders as required to resolve problems and ensure quality of construction work in support of overall project schedule.
• Work closely with the project planner to ensure all Submittal are submitted in according with the project schedule.
• Work closely with the M&E Engineers and Quality Assurance Team to ensure submittal and RFIs.
• Participation in weekly meeting and document minutes of meetings and then follow up the decisions taken in the meeting.
• Review and distribution of construction plans to field staff.
• Assists M&E Engineers in tracking of construction schedules activities.
• Manage the Submittal process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Coordination Engineer and Deputy Team Leader.
I got a sound experience of the above mention responsibilities during my job in this organization under the guideline of experienced consultants/supervisors.

2. OFFICE ENGINEER
April 2011 - January 2012
CDM Smith Constructors -SWAT, KPK, PAKISTAN
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Official Documentation, reviewing shop drawings, processing of material submittals results and request for information and assisting the Resident Engineer.
• Provide Technical support for construction effort.
• Resolve and document design conflicts.
• Conduct constructability review such as Module adjustment.
• Interface with all stakeholders as required resolving problems and ensuring quality of construction work in support of overall project schedule.
• Work closely with the project planner to ensure all Submittals are submitted in according with the project schedule.
• Work closely with the Resident Engineer and Quality Assurance Team to ensure submittal and RFIs.

3. SITE ENGINEER (Jr. ENGINEER)
September 2007 - April 2011
NATIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES PAKISTAN (Pvt) Ltd -BESHAM (KOHISTAN), KPK, PAKISTAN
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Worked as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection of materials and plant.
• Making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Designer/Architect.
• Liaising with contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of contractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
I got sound experience of field work of building construction during my stay in this organization.
