Project Location: Egypt Job title: Lead Structural Engineer. Project: EET Electric Express Train Project. Work at Electric Express Train Project (October Garden, Sadat, Giza stations and precast yard for girder bridge Arab contractor scope at sector 2) as Lead structural engineer.
-Site supervision and inspection at precast yard .
-Follow all site activity at precast yard regarding the project specifications and Egypt code practice.
-Reviewing and approval for the Structural shop drawing for (stations - Platforms - Bridges) at the 3 stations above.
Project Location: Egypt Job title: Senior site engineer at Precast Yard. (Acting as deputy Precast yard manager since 6-2021) Project: Greater Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 3 Work at Abo-Rawash Precast Production for the following:
*Site installation for all Abo Rawash site 123 000 m2 (Precast yard - mechanical workshop Main offices for over ground department - parking - labor area - Main store-weight bridges - welding workshop - cut and bent - segments, piles and pier rebar assembly - training center segment storage area - Gantry cranes and Towers- utilities)
•Review drawing and follow construction.
•Draw sketches for any needed modification and send it to technical office
•Daily and weekly reports
•4 weeks schedule look ahead updated weekly basis
•Review subcontractor offers and invoices
*Precast yard production:(1722 viaduct segment - 800 precast beams for temporary opening at underground stations - 800 walls under platform for underground station)
•Follow construction process
•Drawing follow up (drawing validation, availability and comments)
•Production schedule and the related material schedule especially the foreign.
•Production follow up, progress charts and target.
•Daily and weekly reports
•4 weeks schedule look ahead updated weekly basis
•Review material shipments and invoices
