 Finance & Accounts Management: Slashed budget variance gap from 21% to 3% by close monitoring through change of Quarterly Reporting Practice to Monthly Reporting System. Imposed super control on working capital utilization helps improve Cashflow significantly. Possess extensive experience on Finance & Accounts, Closing and Group Consolidation as per IFRS, US GAAP (and SOX), statutory record and Board Pack. Collaborate Budget & Forecasting, Audit Internal Control (COSO) & Compliance, intensive Project Feasibility and Project Financing. Largely working end to end business financial management of the current business and extensive experience in managing financials.
 Taxation VAT & ZAKAT: Implemented Value Added Tax (VAT) in Gulf countries and Goods & Service Tax (GST) in India. Lead managed and advise on VAT, PAYE, GST, ZAKAT & GOSI (in KSA). Worked with international team and foreign affiliate for a transfer pricing process and managed regularly. I have structured the compliance framework on forthcoming tax audit and established the audit requirement on daily basis to make audit as routine work.
 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Developed and monitor key KPI, short and long- term planning, developed sophisticated financial modeling as aid for decision making and strategy. Leading scale and transition from startup to enterprise through strategic planning. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and predictive analytics to provide visibility into the business and financial impact of strategic decisions (e.g. Pricing, new product introduction, cost reduction initiatives on factories, restructuring.
 Business Analysis & Strategic Planning: Increased closing ratio by 30% through analyzing quote, order backlog and booking trend through redesigned customer engagement process. Business performance analysis helps to identifying opportunities for growth and efficiencies, most recently identified a completely new market in Railways sector as alternative use of our existing product. Lead to set up new production facility and IT shared service which comes out of my Business analysis now saves 17% at cost of production and reduce IT support cost by 50%.

 Commercial Management: Successfully implemented activity-based costing helps to reduce project labor cost by 17%. Skilled at setting up robust commercial processes throughout the company to ensure contractual compliance, mitigate commercial risk, supplier’s due diligence, cost variation and project profitability. Implemented sound credit policy and continuous collection drive helping outstanding days within 30 days limit.
 Business Partnering and Strategy: Collaborate with the senior management in turning around India operations by guiding the India sales & operations team and realigning business models based on changing market dynamics and other related factors. Maintaining excellent working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders. Provide financial and commercial leadership to development business strategy and execution.
