• Simulation skill for software like Aspen Plus, Chemcad, PYPS and SPYRO for yield prediction.
• Involved in plant modification implementation and cost-benefit/economic analysis.
• Efficiency / power calculation centrifugal compressor, turbine, pyrolysis heater and plant performance monitoring.
• Process improvement by energy-saving schemes
• Involved in olefins plant capacity expansion study proceeding with vendors.
• Doing steam balance in whole complex and devising most efficient use of steam
• Having exposure to refrigeration system of ethylene, propylene and methane compressor and J-T expansion
