Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.

• Key account management for seventeen outlets of Lulu and fourteen outlets of Choithrams.
• Meet with buyers, introduce product, carry out presentation and get listed as an approved vendor.
• Analyze existing stock details with every customer outlet and update the stock details / gap to buyer and get LPO for new stock.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• Carries out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
• Constant follow up with customers to ensure payments are made on time.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• B.COM - Bachelor of Commerce from University of Calicut
• Plus Two - Higher Secondary Education from HSE Board, Govt. of Kerala, India (2003 - 2005)
