In my most recent employment as a Receptionist/ Administrative assistant, I was responsible for maintaining dinner registers, FMS, Oscar/Sleuth forms and signing in and out sheets for both staff and pupils. I was also in charge of guiding parents & students to undergo official formalities of different types and maintaining correspondences i.e. emails and couriers of different kinds. My role also included attending calls and directing visitors to the right people/departments along with supervising and ensuring that the work area is clean and neatly trimmed up.
