 Spearheading the entire business operations with P & L management responsibility and accountability of major areas like Business Development, Revenue Budget, Sales and Team performance management.
 Presently accountable for business worth AED 24 million per annum with the main focus on GCC, Europe and China region. Leading a team of 10 people sales team.
 Steering the sales and business development of Express exports, Imports, E-Commerce last mile delivery network in GCC, operating E commerce fulfilment centre in UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
 Built new revenue stream of AED 0.5 Million per month for E commerce last mile delivery in KSA within three months. Scale up this revenue to AED 1 Million by the end of 3rd quarter of 2018.
 Developing DPD Europe network in GCC region for small and heavy parcel deliveries through out Europe.
 Setting up operations plan for starting own imports clearance and exports from KSA, drafting operations SOP, recruitment and training to staff. Appointing and managing vendors, conducting annual appraisals for the service level agreements.
