1.Responsible for developing Sales Strategies to achieve increased sales
• Identifying, qualifying & pursuing business opportunities through market coverage and segment mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation
• Driving opportunities to achieve increased market share & bottom-line profitability and initiating market development efforts.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with high-end builders, developers
• Lead meetings and negotiations with internal & external stakeholders and business partners.
• Forecast project orders on monthly basis. Conduct regular meetings with team and submit monthly sales report to Sales Director.
• Driving sales & service initiatives to achieve business goals & conducting competitor analysis to track the market trends
• Devising periodic business plans & strategies & ensure periodic business review meetings are conducted.
• Manage and monitor CRM for timely updates and progress of leads
• Meets with customers to understand their requirements and resolve complaints
• Travel across GCC to meet the staff and clients to implement improvements
