MS Patch Implementation
• Implemented the project at Qatar and international branches over a period of 6 months along with 5 team members. Worked on 2003 / 2008 & XP Pro, WSUS.
OPICS Upgrade
• Upgraded to latest version without zero downtime within target time frame and data integrity
Branch Automation System
• Responsible for hardware configuration and client installation for New Branch Automated System.
HRMS
Provided support to HRMS Project Team for installation and configuration of application server and clients for develop and UAT.
IP Telephone
• Member of the team which handled the IP telephone implementation for the entire the bank.
OAC Implementation
• Team Member of Juniper (OAC) implementation.
New Branch Setup (IT Infrastructure setup)
• Team Member for setting up IT infrastructure of new local and international branches. Handled Workstation and Network (VPN & IP Sec) configuration in Bank Representative Offices in Iran and Mauritania Branch; Initial Public Offer (IPO) - Masraf Rayan and Barwa.
Configuration and Administration Project
• Configured Windows 2003 & 2008 Servers. Initially hardened to block loopholes and then softened as per business and application requirements.
