Sugar industry is unique in its working process. Sugar industry’s production activity is seasonal in nature and a Sugar manufacturing company employs a large number of temporary work forces to participate in the production process. This has got a bearing on the inventory holding and accounting practices.
The objective of the application is to cater to the complete business requirements of sugar mills, in an integrated manner and ensure absolute integration with ERP Packages like SAP, because these scenario like cane management can’t be addressed in SAP system, in order fill the gap’s ASM developing a tool for cane management system on JAVA/J2EE Technology so that it can be interfaced with SAP system on Net weaver platform. The modules are integrated into one another by way of data integration capabilities and a few modules to the extent of process integration. The application ensures low redundancy of data entry, thereby improving speed and ease of operations.
My Role:
•Creating JSP Page and implementing Struts.
•Building EJB components, Web components and Data access objects.
•Deployment of Application on the JBoss Server.

The Oracle CRM On Demand Integration to Siebel CRM integrates data between Oracle’s Siebel CRM On Premise and Oracle CRM On Demand.
The Oracle CRM On Demand Integration to Siebel CRM can integrate a single instance of Siebel CRM On Premise with one or more instances of Oracle CRM On Demand.
Migrating the existing CRM On Demand Integration to Siebel CRM (OD2OP v1) from a direct integration based on AIA Foundation Pack-based integration leveraging the latest AIA 2.5 technology.
My Role:
•Writing ant scripts for automating the installation of the PIP.
•Updating the PIP as per AIA 2.5 compliance.
•Writing Java files for automating the Installation of the PIP.
•Updating the BPEL Process as per AIA 2.5 Compliance.
•Writing bat and shell scripts for automating the installation of the PIP for both Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

The Autonomic Network & Security Administration (ANSA) software is designed to address operating system and application patch management issues. ANSA software allows network administrators to automate the process of identifying and managing network application security holes. The software checks machines for the presence of security upgrades, “hot fixes”, and service packs. If absent, it retrieves these patches and (depending on how the software is configured) automatically applies them to machines on the network. ANSA benefits network administrators because a significant amount of time is saved by allowing the administrator to automatically download and apply patches to machines from one location (or terminal). As a result, a company can increase its productivity and reduce its expenses.
My Role:
•Downloading Patches from Oracle Metalink and studying the requirements.
•Applying patches for different Oracle Products Manually as well as through ANSA Product.
•Writing Batch files and scripts for running the patches in silent mode from ANSA product.
•Installation of Oracle product such as Oracle Database 10g, Oracle SOA Suite 10g and Oracle E-Business Suite R 12.

iTexter is an SMS based group messaging service that enables users to communicate with a group of co-workers, friends, family, etc. with ability for them to respond to the message. iTexter forwards a message sent by any member of a group, to all the other members of that group.
This service allows users to reach multiple people with one, timely message. It is particularly useful for organizing group events without having the hassle to make multiple phone calls back and forth to coordinate.

Time sheet management system is a web-based application, which is developed to track the actual time taken for the activities, which is performed by the developers. Support teams like HR and SAG can also use this. This project will helpful to track all the information about the employees, project details, etc. This project is also helpful for audits. This information can further expanded to create status reports and metrics analysis. This will help in the QMS Documentation. This project will helpful for the company to grow in the competitive world.

Using Visio 2003 created Data Flow Diagrams of all their SAP Business Process functionalities of Finance, Materials Management and Sales & Distribution modules. Using Visio translated the information into images that are easy to understand and act upon. Using the layer settings tab and Markup settings tab defined various drawing-layer visibility and colors and thus customized, graphics-based business solutions of all the processes of ITC Tobacco Division of Kolkata.
