Manage the design, deployment and configuration of service and solutions (mobile and broadband services, integration and e-channels) in alignment to the business demand, technology architecture and roadmaps

- Forecast business demand based on development pipeline and update capacity management
Participate in the technology business planning cycle through identification of annual project plans and the provisioning of cost estimates

- Coordinate with operations team for the release of services in live environments

- Conduct operational acceptance tests, business acceptance tests and provide support for UAT

- Perform capacity upgrades in line with service capacity management guidelines and current capacity status

- Manage and develop integration and fulfillment requirements within BSS, OSS, service development platforms and other technology platforms

- Develop and integrate virtual channels (e.g., Corporate Website, and Kiosks), mobility channels (e.g., SMS and Mobile Application on the heterogeneous eco-systems such as iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows), eService, IVR, e-Payment and e-SDP applications detailed plans, cross-functional business-process

Responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures of convergent billing processes to accomplish all CBS division objectives (Wholesale, Retail and administration)
Responsibilities:
o Manage CBS teams and platforms, supporting related systems in terms of functionality, stability, capacity, integration and performance in order to ensure timely, constant and high quality delivery of the critical services to customers, the CBS platforms include online charging, billing, credit system, Dunning, GL, AR, RMS, TopUp, Mediation, roaming and interconnect.
o Play a lead role in designing business processes and in facilitating the design, development & implementation of new products & services and ensure efficient time to market cycle.
o Direct the information and data integrity of the company and ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
o Ensure managing vendors’ communication, support and service delivery.
o Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage the internal IT infrastructure, which comprises of all computers, servers, network and internet connectivity, software applications and data centers related to CBS
o Ensure regular audits are conducted on IT systems including IT security audits, access control audits and take responsibility for responding to audit actions and completing them within agreed time lines.
o Develop, communicate and execute a disaster recovery and business continuity plan for CBS function.

Responsible for the complete planning, design and engineering for all BSS & ESS systems (CRM, CMS, Portals, IVR, USSD, POS, Integration/middleware layer, workflows, Business Intelligence, website and EBS), responsible for preparing the business plan, and annual budget, and execution of monthly/yearly projects, in line with Umniah and Batelco group assumptions and growth plans, both strategically and as requested in periodic roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
o Design and implement IT department strategies to support and fulfill the organization strategy.
o Approve and negotiate maintenance and service contracts with vendors.
o Manage and coordinate systems requirement definitions, evaluation, selection, and implementation projects.
o Direct and manage day to day IT operations, apply policies and escalation procedures as per needed
o Working on Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 and R 12.1.3 as a techno-functional expert on Inventory, Purchasing, FA, AR, AP, GL and customized POS & CRM modules.
o Design, build and implement in-house mediation, provisioning, Wimax billing and 3G/4G CAP management systems and integrate it with CBS, IVR, USSD, PORTAL, WEB, mobile application, and BB Connection manager.
o Monitor end-of-day and end-of-month processes, and check log files and alert system.

Worked as an application developer on a fully integrated Banking Bilingual System (BANKS) with the following responsibilities:
o Developing and modifying forms, functions, database triggers, procedures and packages based on business needs.
o Using CAPI libraries in order to modify and generate multiple 6i forms as a group, and use JDAPI Package to do the same for 9i and 10g forms.
o Migrating Oracle forms and reports to higher versions (Forms 3 up to Forms 9i and 10g via Forms 4.5) and adding new enhancements and features of the new Oracle versions.
o Collecting new systems requirements from banking consultants and the bank employees to set new business rules and analyze new systems.
