- Searching and obtaining contacts and relations in major companies in the country and GCC such as Kaden investment, Saudi consult, Siemens integrated…etc.
- Keeping up with all related projects and investment in the field of Construction, Architecture, and interior design.
- The growing ability of managing all kind of employees whether are engineers, labors, draughtsman, visual merchandiser, and office worker.
- Finding new leads and bringing new projects to the company.
- Finding and contacting upon request international companies and vendors to create new business opportunity in the kingdom such as HOSS furniture.
- Creating and managing a team for handling governmental projects.
- Finding new alternative and unique solutions for new generation target audience.
- Keeping up with all events and conventions related to the company field.
- Over seeing designers, drafters and engineers to ensure project quality.
- Applies standard design principles and theories to complete assignments.
- Ensures compliance with required design safety factors, tolerances, and specifications.
- Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
- Reads and understands orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.
- Makes required changes, additions, and/or revisions, as directed by immediate supervisor.
- May assist in training lower level Designer/Drafters in various procedures.
- Checks drawings prepared by lower level Designer/Drafters for accuracy and adequacy.
- Creating a healthy environment to facilitate work between teammates.
- Giving instructions and guiding teammates to get the best result and evaluate teamwork when needed.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
