• Responsible for managing sales operations of both divisions. Mainly btob transactions with all key automobile manufacturers in Pakistan representing Toyota, Daihatsu, Honda, Hino, Land Rover, Suzuki and others.
• Ensuring that agreed revenue targets are met and good relations are maintained with customer procurement teams and key decision makers
• Securing price revisions from customers to ensure consistency in profitability that is often disturbed by fluctuating costs because of Forex rates, and rising material prices.
• Responsible for new business development within and outside automobile industry. Expanded business by adding new customers
Managed sales operations and dealer relations through a network of 13 dealers in 9 cities.
Led Lancer to market leadership (number one position) in new imported cars segment.
Mobilized sales force of banks including Citibank and Standard Chartered to sell Mitsubishi products by carrying joint sales campaigns. This program step-changed sales by +20%.
Introduced the first ever “Buy Back scheme” in the Pakistan auto market.
Led corporate sales presentations with top corporations including Siemens, ICI, Pakistan State Oil Corporation, Engro (Exon), and others.
Was responsible for managing communication, product planning and principal relations of Hyundai and KIA brands in Pakistan
Sucessfully launched Hyundai Santro GV, (1.0L small car) with factory fitted CNG.

Attended many international tranings and seminars in Korea, Seychelles, South Africa, and Japan, organized by leading car manufacturers of the world.
Was responsible for managing advertising and communication of Mazda brand in the UAE.
Played a major role in launch of Mazda 3 in 2004 with two grand launch events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, followed by radio and Telivision campaigns.
Served as Project incharge for Mazda at the 7th International Dubai Motor Show.
Led sales operations management throughout the UAE.
Personally sold over 100 Mazda vehicles to fleet and retail customers in UAE
Successfully handled Hyundai and KIA customers during difficult times when the company initially started its operations and nothing was in place.
Set up Customer Relations Department and took necessary initiatives required to successfully handle and improve company’s Customer Services
Served as Head of Sales Training, carried out close to 30 workshops every year
Independently designed and conducted more than 100 training sessions and seminars for Dealer Staff of Toyota/Daihatsu and Hyundai/Kia in areas of sales, after sales and customer services. More than 1200 people participated in these courses
Was selected within two weeks of joining, to attend Training the Sales Trainer seminar in Tokyo, Japan by Toyota Motor Corporation (1996).
Have thorough understanding of Customer Relations Management practices as standardized by Toyota. Attended Customer Relations and Training seminar organized by Toyota Motor Corporation, in Nagoya, Japan (1998)
