• Established strategies with senior management and other department heads to bring closure to deals, resolve client related issue and difficult credits
• Instructed/trained (21 Participants) bank staff in Credit II courses Due Diligence and Wallet Sizing with excellent feedback from participants
• A member of Credit Committee Panel that assesses candidates’ for Credit Committee induction.
