Issuing invoices commercial to the clients via Aconex program for their review and approval.
Manage requests for documentation.
Transmit documentation and submittals from/to clients.
1) Issuing Engineering Design Folders to the clients for their review and approval.
2) File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
3) Create and Arrange Engineers Technical Queries and sending it to clients.
4) Create and Arrange Internal Department Check to all disciplines.
5) Create templates as per client requirements.
6) Manage requests for documentation.
7) Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
8) Create and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team.
9) Ensure all drawings/documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored.
10) Transmit documentation and submittals from/to clients.
11) Support project team in regards to submittals.
12) Perform a document Quality Check for all engineering package before submitting it to client.
