1.Directly responsible for supervising receipt of all sea and Air orders.
2.The control of the receipt and storage items.
3.The Control of Issue of the items.
4.Supervising all picking transactions and ensure that proper delivery times are met
5.The control of packing and packaging of the items.
6.Develop systems for the control of issue of items and follow the latest surveillance systems and methods of storage according to its nature.
7.Ensure proper location maintenance is being done by warehouse staff.
8.Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
9.Prepare the monthly incentives for employees.
10.Prepare productivity reports of workers.
11.Reporting the results of the warehouse daily, weekly and monthly to reflect the status of work and subordinates and make recommendations and give its opinion.
12.Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration. Enhance subordinates’ well being and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
13.Prepare for annual inventory.
14.Participate in the planning of inventory capacity.
15.Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
16.Responsible for Maintaining conditions of 5S in the Warehouse.
17.Continuously Monitoring and Strives the improve efficiency in warehouse.
18.Motivate warehouse staff and ensure that workplace morale is high.
