Managing & executon of Projects for Pre-engineered Buildings from entry stage till completion of project by coordinating between department of Sales, Engineering, Production & Shipping to meet project schedule in timely manner & achieve customer satisfaction. Also handling loose sales or straight sales of materials on daily basis based on customer requirement.

Detailing PreEngineered Buildings, Steel Structures like Substations for KNPC, cage ladders, handrails, pipe racking in 3D software Tekla. Generating 2D fabriation shop sketches from 3D models & bill of materials for fabrication & procurement of materials.

Detailing PreEngineered Building Designs & Structural Steel for Fabrication of steel at in house plant of company in Kuwait & Ras al khaimah(UAE). Detailing is done on Software like AutoCAD & 3D detailing on BoCAD 3D Software.

Worked on K.O.C (Kuwait Oil Corporation) project for Replacement of Water And Gas Network at Ahmadi township in Kuwait.
Contract No. - K.O.C 11629. Handling the drafting and some part of the design work of the project as well.

1) Imparting training to students for Mastercam & I-deas.
2) Developing CAD/CAM projects for clients or in-house products.
3) Digitizing and reverse engineering scanned products file.
4) Completed various models including development of core-cavity, for products like bicycle seats, chain cover, clutch and many commercial articles.
5) Involved in jewellery designing for various companies through I-deas 8.

Reverse Engineering
1) The sample is sent for scanning or digitizing to get point cloud.
2) Creating Surface or solid models through the digitized data.
3) Created 3D model of Impeller from the given 2D drawings in I-deas for
ONWARD TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd.
4) Created 3D model of Intake Valve Manifold from the given 2D drawing in I-deas for ONWARD TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd.
5) Handled live projects for various plastic components.
6) Done project for S.A.Industries (Kandivli, Bombay) for Flap Designing by making a 3D model out of the given 2D details & then performing core-cavity creation on the 3D model through advanced core-cavity features in I-deas. In further process the core-cavity creation is send to Mastercam for developing toolpaths for cutting die for the 3D model, which takes place through CNC machine.

1) Marketing of AutoDesk Inc., USA products & providing training as well as giving engineering support on the same.
2) Working on 3D Modeling projects on AutoDesk Mechanical Desktop R-4 Power Pack software.
3) Worked on 2D drafting & design development for various companies such as Sulzer Pumps, Ispat Industries, Siemens India Ltd, Eveready, Exide, E.I.D-Parry, HPCL, BPCL & Greaves India Ltd.
4) Experience in conversion of manual drawings into AutoCAD drawings as well as digitizing of scanned drawings i.e. raster to vector image conversion.
5) Handled projects for Siemens Ltd. for their Panel Board designing at kalwa unit in Thane.
6) Handled work for CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) related to GIS mapping. The work was to provide the details of the 2D drawing of New Bombay city area in proper Layers, Attributes, Blocks etc., which are some operations in AutoCAD. The same details were incorporated in Arc Info software for further operations of GIS mapping.
