Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Manager
Period: From 20 may 2020 till now (continues)
Responsibilities:
Manage and control all warehouses including Raw materials and finished products
Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse including Raw materials and finished products
Managing a team of up to 65 employees within the warehouses of three units of the company
Coordinating receiving stacking and storing with proper mobilizing processes.
Maintaining high standards of materials handling.
Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.
Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
coordinating with the production department for the full strength production
Receiving the goods from production and manage until the end consumer level (export division)
manage the stock levels for the Raw Materials and finished products (Foreign and Local) and coordinating with purchase and export department.
Prepare inventory and stock reports with minimum stock limit indications for the Purchase and Export departments for planning
Reconcile the daily transections and received stock data with goods recived notes (GRN)and material received note (MRN) against invoices and coordination with accounts department
Reconcile all the material transfer note to production department and goods issuance note to export department on daily bases, in order to maintain perfect stock of the warehouses.
Updating & maintaining computerized data (by using WISCO software) & paper based administrative records.
Managing monthly physical stock reports of the warehouses unit wise and reconcile the reports with software and excel
Job Title: Warehouse and Purchase Manager
Period: From 16 Aug 2015 to 22 Feb 2020
Responsibilities:
Manage and control all warehouses including Raw materials and finished products
Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse including Purchase and logistics
Managing a team of up to 25 employees within the warehouse.
Coordinating receiving stacking and storing with proper mobilizing processes.
Maintaining high standards of materials handling.
Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.
Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
coordinating with the production department for the full strength production
Receiving the goods from production and manage until the end consumer level.
Manage Logistic operation of rental stores and cold rooms.
Handle the Purchase Management for the Raw Materials and products (Foreign and Local)

Responsible for the disciplinary procedures.
Control the inventory and perform the data reconciliation for the warehouse and accounts.

Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing and controlling of warehouse operations.
Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for junior staff.
Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
Making periodical reports on inventory, IN/OUT status, dead stock, spoilage, returns,
Follow up Edwards Enterprise program with actual activities.
Make sure that all warehouse areas are hygienic and tidy according to ISO requirements.
