with
with Albario Engineering Limited for erection and commissioning of 234 MW Saphire combined cycle power plant Muridke and erection commissioning of the 225 MW Orient combined cycle power plant balloki.

•Heading the Mechanical Maintenance department for conducting the maintenance as per OEM recommendations and in accordance with international standards,
•Define, managed and monitor departmental budget in line with overall company budget.
•Development and implementation of long term mechanical maintenance strategy.
•Reviews, implements and monitors the adherence to mechanical maintenance methods and procedures.
•Planning and execution of Scheduled annual maintenance outages and plant betterment activities.
•Planning and implementation of preventive and break down maintenance
•Review of spare part holdings, ordering spares, carries out store inspections and maintaining adequate inventories.
•Developments of tender documents for engineering services and provide the expertise for selection of vendors
•Responsible for getting third party certification of lifting gears and heavy vehicles.
•Promoting safety awareness/safe working practices amongst the plant staff and contractors.
•Training and development of mechanical maintenance staff for continuous improvement.
•Lead by example and demonstrate through the actions that QHSE compliance is a line management responsibility.
