 Ensure implementation day-to-day activities of transportation.
 Supervise workloads, schedule, tasks and other related functions.
 Maintain and manage all databases relating to transportation activities.
 Ensure compliance of safety standards in transportation functions.
 Ensure maintenance of vehicles in good running condition.
 Handle loading and unloading operations.
 Initiate cost efficiency measures in transportation operations.
 Implement environmental laws, procedures and processes.
 Build internal and external customer relationships.
 Manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations responsibilities

1. Arranging and maintaining the vehicles in line with requirements including replacement vehicles
2. Ensuring Fleet Inspectors inspect and report on incoming and outgoing vehicles
3. Ensure accidents and damage to vehicles is identified and reported.
4. Ensure periodic service and maintenance of the vehicle.
5. Maintain and follow up on vehicle registration and renewal in a timely manner
6. Control the Registration renewal of the Fleet Vehicles.
7. Coordinates bookings and allocation of pool vehicles/training vehicles
8. Coordinate with Trans AD regarding fleet requests, appointment, and circulars using VLS portal.
9. Maintaining an accurate status in the vehicle monitoring systems e.g. Fleet Movement Report, Fleet Logistics, Registration, VLS and CERT (Trans AD Portal), DFMS (In house Database)
10. Organizing vehicles for the off duty drivers under own supervision.
11. Cars replacing for the drivers on accident or maintenance matter.
12. Checking the driver’s status online for reporting to high management.
13. Giving the reports of vehicles on daily basis.
14. Controlling the complete shift & trying to manage it properly.
15. To check all the vehicles due for services on daily basis, making report and route the vehicles to the workshop for periodical service.
16. To analyze / make the periodical maintenance report of the vehicles and route to the workshop for insuring timely maintenance as scheduled.
17. To send the reports( Daily Fleet Report, Daily Fleet Summary report, Maintenance & Accident Reports) to Fleet, Operation Manager & General Manger.
18. Follow-up with the drives regarding vehicle issues.
19. Coordination with operation department regarding drivers attendance, resume duty sick leave resignation and termination.
20. Report to management about time to time reports of drivers.
21. Coordination with the pro for police custody cars and court cases.
