Key Deliverables:
Departmental & Process Leadership
• Capitalising on the skills in controlling and managing departmental activities viz. planning, auditing, improvement, team hiring & training, inspection, testing, etc.
• Exercising full authority of managing and controlling product development process right from requirement gathering to the final product development and delivery
• Identifying scope for:
­ Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance operational efficiency
­ Modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, power, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost.
• Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget

Quality / Inspection Operations
• Quality Management Systems
­ Appraising the status of various system implementations in the organisation
­ Inspecting non-conforming products and initiating requests for corrective and preventive action
­ Taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents to ensure compliance with above standards & customer requirements
• Inspection:
­ Maintaining all high precision grade equipment/tools in safe custody & ensure all equipment are operated as per the instructions and user manual
­ Conducting internal audits periodically to assess the status of deployment of systems and take corrective measures for achieving organisational objectives
­ Preparing & maintaining all the records of all the standards, audits, uncertainty calculations, control charts of all the reference standards, guidelines, quality checklist, customer complaints & analysis
• Materials Inspection - Incoming and In-Process
­ Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices
­ Taking adequate measures like conducting inspection to monitor and analyse the performance of vendors pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms
• Supplier Quality& Technical Assurance
­ Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality/ technology improvement rate, timely delivery, etc.
­ Reviewing vendor quality status, plan actions to attain continual quality improvement of vendors
­ Providing technical guidance to the vendor team.

Team Management
• Managing the entire team activities for 48 professionals including hiring, training &training and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Organizing various motivational & team building activities, creating a positive vibe among the team and holding one-on-one sessions for identifying training needs
• Continues on job training for the quality team to achieve the top management expectation and the company commitments.

Leadership & Domain Results Include
• Leading the long term project “cost reduction” in corporation with the Germany company 4 principals.
• Participate the success of developing the railway cable approval from the Germany provider VDE.
• Participate the success of developing the UL listed products required to Aramco Oil&Gas projects.
• Participation the success of getting the TUV certification for the quality system at MESC company.
• Implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management System; ISO 45001 OH&S and ISO 17025In cooperation withthe TUV provider till accreditation.
• Experience of working as the key representative for handling ARAMCO technical issues.
• Established the technique of measuring cost of quality COQ.
• Improved profitability and bringing a visible change in the shop floor through TPM, capability development, team approach and cultural change in the organization.
• Undertook value- engineering initiatives, streamlining operations, evolving cost reduction, production engineering techniques to enhance productivity
• Developed a framework of quality standards, procedures & systems; provided support in problem & defect analysis in production & supplier quality related issues
• Imperative in conducting electrical & laboratory analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finish goods, using variety of testing devices and procedures to maintain product quality
• Introduced new test instruments/methods in quality control inspections
• Facilitated as leader of the cost reduction project; expansion project of the testing laboratory; establishing a new central lab of the type tests and a new process lab across many places of the plant
• Effective in 5S strategy to re-organize the plant & process; measuring the sigma level of the process and drawing the strategy to improve the performance and reduce the waste; and enhancing customer satisfaction during the witnessing of inspection and quality improvement
