• Carry out the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production process and utility systems by monitoring and controlling wells, process plant, utility equipment and pipelines via DCS control systems, to ensure production and environmental targets are met

Self-motivated, committed Gas Plant Operator/Process Operator with 06 six years experience of Petroleum upstream operations and production optimization activities such as production well testing, Gas Processing, Gas Sweetening, Gas Compression & Condensate stabilization with British Petroleum, the one of the world’s leading Energy Company. Currently working as Gas Plant Operator-II in United Energy Pakistan & reporting to shift controller / Production supervisor.

o Responsible for Start-up / Shutdown, Trouble Shooting & Carry out continuous Plant monitoring on following equipment :
 Amine Plant (Gas sweetening process through DEA)
 Gas Dehydration ( Though TEG)
 Gas Compression Processes (Recip: & rotary Type)
 Condensate Treating
 Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pumps
o Wellhead and Plant Operations, Start-up / Shutdown, Trouble Shooting
o Isolate and prepare vessels and equipment for maintenance in accordance with set safety and operational procedures of vessels.
o Having sound experience remote facility operation i.e. natural flow wells, artificial flow wells (Jet pump), well head compressor,
o Participated in pre-commissioning/commissioning of new gas compressors
o Monitor plant parameters, well testing activities, change charts and orifice size, takes 2 & 4 hourly readings and checks on meter skid, F. G. Scrubber, feed separator, inlet /outlet Separator glycol contractor, amine contactor, generators, instrument air compressors, water injection pumps etc. on tripping.
