My role focuses on verifying the given information in the applicant's form. Searching on the authority then getting the verification written or verbally.

Albakhit is dealer for Umniah Copmany. My role focused on dealing with customers and serving them with the best of internet services . The process of handling the customer's problems was not easy but useful. To be a good listener and to bring the suitable solutions for the customers were the main tasks in my job. Communication is the best way to market your products and to get rid from the customer's complains.

As a call center agent. My role focused on handling inbound and outbound calls. Furthermore, listening to the customer's problems and enquirers. Being patient and good listener were the most important skills to have in that job. Finding out the best solutions for the customers was the most creative step during the call. I worked as call center, telesales, data entry agent at the same time. That gave me the ability to improve my personality and experience.
