The management and supervision of the international junior advisors for projects based in Germany, Networking, coordination and cooperation between all stakeholders involved in the implementation of the projects, In particular, facilitating and managing the cooperation between GIZ and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) related to all project activities, Advising the project team, GIZ team leaders and staff from the GIZ Sectoral Department and other operational departments on cooperation opportunities for triangular cooperation with IsDB and establish a pipeline for such cooperation projects, Planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination and financial management of pipelined projects in close cooperation with the GIZ regional department and the cluster coordinator, the Junior Advisors, and the IsDB, Coordination and management of activities related to the establishment of the Task Force Employment and Vocational Training in the framework of the OECD ARAB-DAC Dialogue, Regular communication with OECD-DAC, AGFUND and GOVET to facilitate events, presentations, studies, joint projects and other activities related to the Task Force in the framework of the OECD ARAB-DAC Dialogue, Support the knowledge management and provide background data and information on Arab Donor’s activities in employment and vocational training and other sectors including; migration, green skills/jobs etc... to be used for presentations, publications, position papers and reports, support political partners in the region in needs assessment, project identification, support stakeholders including the private sector and CSO’s in the region in needs assessment, project identification, facilitate cooperation in the region with the governments and the Arab donors, Financial management of all activities related to the projects according to the authorization/delegation and signature agreement, Analyzing the experience and lessons learned from triangular cooperation projects with IsDB/other Arab donors and organizations with regards to scaling up for policy dialogue and a future Regional Fund, Coordinate and supervise international consultants in cooperation with IsDB and GIZ operational and sector departments
