▪ Consolidate the Division business plan, 5 years Plan, annual budget, in-year forecast, financial statements and reports on financial and non-financial variances vs. plan and Prior Year
▪ Peparation of financial and operational reporting materials for Group and Board (Monthly BRM and Board Decks)
▪ Involved with the implmentation of ZBB (Zero Base Budget) Project (Expenses savings and Budget base)
▪ Preparation of monthly management reporting (P&Ls, Balance Sheets, EBITDA Recocilation, variances analysis)
▪ CAPEX Managments and Valuation the new projects
▪ Monitoring the sales for the devision with all it’s analysis and reporting
▪ Involved with the revenue managment director in bulding up the dept. in the devision
▪ Preparing Net Working Capital and Cash flow monthly and montoring it aginst Budget and rolling up forcast
▪ Provide the Top management with any Ad-hocks analysis

Responsible for systemizing and accurately maintaining all Financial related functions that include but not limited to: Financial Analysis, Cost Analysis, Inventory Control, Treasury, Budgeting and General Accounting; to promote compliance and provide strategic support to senior management in all financial related decisions.

 Consolidate the Group business plan, annual budget, in-year forecast, financial statements and reports on financial and non-financial variances vs. plan and Prior Year.
 Prepare monthly closing pack “Financial statements and all its analysis”
 Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual unit cost and profitability analysis for the Sector.
 Prepare monthly analysis of selling, administrative and financial expenses for the Sector.
 Prepare monthly analysis of capital expenditures for the Sector.
 Prepare monthly analysis of intercompany transactions for the Sector.
 Quarterly update of production variance (actual VS.budget).
 Prepare quarterly/annual (actual VS.budget) consolidated financial statements for the Sector.
 Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial ratios report for the Sector.
 Participate in preparation of quarterly/annual operations review report for the Group.
 Participate in the preparation / consolidation of Wadi Group budget / business plan.

 Prepare Yearly Budget & Long Range Plan
 Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, monthly analysis for Sales and P&L
 Responsible for the monthly closing package (P&L, sales, cash flow and OPEX analysis )
 Preparing the price structure Model for each sales season based on the suitable margin for each SKU
 Reviewing and reevaluating BOMs for all SKUs
 Prepare and analysis conversion cost and overheads
 Reviewing and reevaluating Inventory and waste control
 Prepare scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of the portfolio, identify finance priorities and validate ROI on business proposals (Marketing activities, Capital expenditure).
 Prepare profitability study on the monthly promotions
 Prepare cash flow projection and analysis actual VS budget

 Prepare Yearly Budget
 Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, comment on monthly Sales and P&L
 Performing sales analysis and generating weekly and monthly sales reports
 Preparing a reporting package to be presented to the management on a monthly basis (Sales Bridges, Sales MAT, Gross Profit Bridges, Net Profit Bridges, OPEX Bridges, DSO and DSII)
 Control company spending. Actively manage all spending activities to ensure expenses are within the budget. Flag and challenge any abnormal spending or activity

•Have full Responsibility for three of the subsidiaries companies in the group “ Reviewing the whole accounting process, the Month and year end reporting”
•Responsible for reviewing Treasury Accountant work
•Responsible for reviewing bank reconciliation.
•Responsible for all Loans and bank interest.
•Responsible for reviewing all bank deals (LG, LC, hedging, leasing )
•Responsible for fixed assets and deprecation entries
•Responsible for reviewing the weekly payment cheques
•Responsible for the costing for the factories (stranded and actual)
•Responsible for reviewing the inventory
•Involved in qureter, mid year and year end Closing
•Involved in preparing all work for external auditors.

•Responsible for data quailty and montering systems

•Responsible for reviewing Account Recivable Accountant and Account Payables Accountant Work.
•Reviewing all the entries (GL, AP and AR)
•Resposible for reconciling and analyze Reports ( ex: Revenue, Net Investment in Client, Cost Analysis, Inter teritoriey, fixed asseds, ….) .
•Provide analysis for monthly operating Statment.
•Provide analysis for quartray balance sheet
•Provide anlysis for the monthlyTrile balance
•Responsible for reviewing bank reconcilation.
•Responsible for reviewing In-out cheks, bank transfers and deposits.
•Responsible for providing monthly analysis for all clients accounts.
•Responsible for review petty cash disbursement.
