Project: Star Aegean Grassroots Refinery Project

I acted as a QA&QC Engineer role for Soil Improvement section of the project such as SBMA Ground Anchor works, Shotcrete and Soil Nailing activities. Since November 2015 I have been assigned to marine works parts of the project which includes steel piles, jetty, reclamation, jet grouting and bored piles.

Resonsibilities:
 Match and inspect construction activities and assure that they are done in full accordance with plans and specifications;
 Review and follow-up approval for Material Approval, Method Statement, Quality Control Plan.
 Attend weekly progress meeting with subcontractor and client representing quality team
 Review 3rd party laboratory test results and manage submission procedure with Engineer
 Issue an Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if a deficiency is noticed which does not comply with project specifications

Project : Haramain High-Speed Railway Project
Project Cost: 400.000.000 USD
Project Features: Construction of;
-Madinah Train Station Building
- Long Stay Car Park Station
- Fire Station Building
- Mosque
- External works ( Roads, landscaping etc.)

Responsibilities:
 Planning daily inspection schedules and surveillance for my subordinate inspectors.
 Conducting site visits for visual verification of procedure adherence, feedback from QC Engineers and from progress & quality meetings and individual reporting of concerns from general workforce, Supervisors and Management.
 Offering guidance to the QC Inspectors in terms of ITP content and the required compilation of records referenced within in respect to materials product data sheets, tolerances, project specifications, their certification to compliance, their traceability and their use in the realization of product.
 Producing bi-weekly and monthly reports for KPI`s (Key Performance Indicator) of project such as statistical analysis of NCR`s, approval status of critical documentation for the progress of works (MS, ITP, QCP etc.) and statistical data from inspections as per the ITP ( such as pass vs failed ratios, quantity rate of inspections 1st, 2nd or 3rd etc).
 Attend bi-weekly & monthly progress, quality and top management meeting with Engineers and Client. Prepare quality presentation reports in order to get their satisfaction towards Contractor`s quality and take actions and/or instruct concern departments in order to fulfill their requests as per specs and contracts.
 Prepare and manage the submission and approval of Method Statements (MS), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), quality forms.
 Prepare the quality control procedures and follow-up with the consultant for approval.
 Review the 3rd party laboratory test results and manage submission procedure with consultant.
 Prepare and implement handover procedure, forms and conduct coordination with Engineer and Client for the whole project.

Project: New Baku HeydarAliyev International Airport Project
Project Cost: 400.000.000 USD
Project Features: Construction of;

Responsibilities:
 Match and inspect the construction activities and assure that they are done in full accordance with the plans and specifications;
 Perform general inspections for all civil and structural activity on site,
 Check and approve sub-contractors monthly statements of executed work.
 Issue an Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if a deficiency is noticed which does not comply with project specifications.
 Review and approve Method statements, Quality work instructions, Detailed planning program of work execution.

Project: Abu Dhabi International Airport Expansion Midfield Terminal Construction
Project Cost: 50.000.000 USD
Project Features: Construction of Pile caps and associated works
Responsibilities:
 Match and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications;
 Perform general inspections for all civil and strcutural activity on site,
 Check and supervise concrete repairs using different methods and material
 Maintain Quality file records, such as Request For Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Field Test Result (Concrete, Field Density and Soil Materials) and other related pertinent papers works;
 Performing Material Inspection Request and assure that it is done in full accordance with Product Data Sheet and project specifications.

: Construction of two terminal buildings (East & West Terminals)
 Earthworks, piling works
 Precast, Substructure & Superstructure Concrete Works
 Steel, Roofing & Facade Works
 Finishing Works
 Viaduct Construction



Responsibilities:
East&West Terminal Building:

 Match and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the approved drawings and specifications;
 Perform general inspection for all civil and structural activity on site;
 Check and supervise concrete repairs using different methods and materials;

Construction of 2000 Villa Complex
 Construction of 1000 one storey villa and 1000 two storey villa.
 Infrastructure works of all project.
 Fences and gardens of all houses.
 Waste water treatment plant and landscaping
 Roads


 Responsible leader of site laboratory which is being performed soil and concrete tests.
 Coordinate the site team which is under organization chart of quality control including batching plant, laboratory.
 Ensuring that the materials use in a construction are performed test in site laboratory or outside laboratories. Reporting the result of this tests to the consultant of project.
 Ensuring that the materials use in a construction are identified and has previously inspected and accepted;
 Review and verify construction activities if conforming to the approved drawings, procedures and specification;
 Maintain Quality file records, such as Request For Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Field Test Result (Concrete, Field Density and Soil Materials ) and other related pertinent papers works;
