• Preparing, reviewing and revising of the regulations of the work organizing, policies and procedures including recruitment, training and all of Personnel affairs.
• Reevaluating the qualification and the experiences of all employees and reclassification/reallocation of existing positions on the new structure and salary scale.
• Provide All kind of services to the employees and fix all orders through ERP system.
• Analysis all CVs which is Transferred to the Recruitment Section and assistant to arrange interviews with candidates.
• Working with OD department to preparing the departments structures and the job descriptions for
these department's employees.

- Supervising to help all employees through hotline phone or e-mail as (Costumer Care) concept.
• Responsible for facilitating effective communication among senior managers, the board of directors and shareholders, advising the CEO on matters of corporate governance and keeping records and minutes of the organization.
• Responsible for several departments employees services & reporting, like attendance, vacations, external tasks & overtime compensation, identification letters, Iqama & driving license issuance & renewal…etc.
• Responsible for managing the hiring process like CV’s archiving scheduling interviews and building the candidate profile, & finally delivering the offer & make initial orientation for new employees
• Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
• Identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.
Scope of responsibility is diverse and includes patient communications, special event coordination, operations management, executive administration, human resources, and regulatory compliance.
