❖ Prepare the financial report and allocate the expenses by type.
❖ Finalize the manpower requests and coordinate with the HR department.
❖ Recruit candidates, conduct interviews, and complete their employment procedures.
❖ Prepare and submit necessary documents and reports (SMR, SMD, Manpower schedule, weekly report, checklist, etc.).
❖ Prepare the handover document, assets, and snag list during the handover.
