.Responsible for planning, designing and supporting of Enterprise ICT networks infrastructure and security
requirements.
▪ A Key technical consultant/ Solution Architect for Cisco Products and solutions.
▪ Consultant on multi-vendor (HP, Dell, Huawei) product positioning and selling.
▪ Expert in Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) for deal registering, Product configuration, quote,
pricing, software and services.
▪ A Principal consultant for customer business requirement gathering, process refinement, security policy
making and developing ICT solutions to business problems to advance clients sales efforts and business
objectives.
▪ Attending meetings for client requirement gathering, conducting presentations, pre-bid and technical
clarifications.
▪ Providing consultative, proactive/ reactive support and technical guidance to customers.
▪ Assisting sales team and working shoulder to shoulder with the sales and marketing team in bidding and
winning projects.
▪ Preparing Solution write-ups and responses to RFPs.
.Preparing Bill of quantities BOQ’s, Logical designs and Scope of work SOW document for network
Infrastructure requirements/RFPs.
▪ Conducting site surveys and other activities required to finalize the design solutions.
▪ Preparing and conducting presentations and POC (proof of concepts) for Customers.
▪ Providing training for in-house sales team on the new products and technology
Responsible for supporting the network infrastructure of the customers based on AMC.
▪ Responsible for attending service call on call basis.
▪ Installations and commissioning of network solutions mainly on 3COM products.
▪ Providing onsite support for the IBM ranges of laptops across universities.
▪ Assisting sales team for presales and provide post-sales support to customers.
