Around 15 years of core expertise on the industries of Refineries, Petroleum Plants, Petrochemicals Plant, Oil & Gas field and others, as a Senior Mechanical Technician have been accomplishing the given responsibilities in the maintenance facilities with best of my visual and technical sense, having excellent speaking and writing skill and effective professional skill in seeing the big picture and identifying task to facilitate on time and cost efficient completion.
To perform all kinds of major and minor preventive & planned maintenance breakdown, shutdown, repairs, and overhauling works. Installs aligns, Commissioning and start up activities of Rotating Equipment.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety and environmental policies and regulations at all times, with all Company safety procedures / regulations, attends training courses / seminars, etc. as required by the company.
Improve rotating equipment reliability and availability through the implementation of Reliability Engineering principles, techniques and tools, such as Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
Contribute to the development of Predictive and Preventative Maintenance plans and procedures for all rotating equipment, and provide technical expertise for rotating equipment maintenance activities, standards and procedures.
