• Analyzes of tender documents from the General contractors, Architects or Consultants.
• Preparing project scope of works and specification notes from received drawings, Project specification and other tender documents and arrange the clarification for the missing documents and other discrepancies if any.
• Quantity take-off for the scope of works based on architectural drawings and determine the area of each type of glass and cladding works.
• Preparation of BOQ related to our scope of works accordance with the standard method of measurements.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates & project budgets.
• Preparation of cost breakdown and project summary, workouts of cost plans and cost estimates and review project costing.
• Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions / qualifications within, And coordinate with superior for giving mark up and quote price for the project
• Co-ordinate with technical department for technical clarification.
• Prepare variation order, quotation for additional works for ongoing projects.
• Recalculate costs if the design or material changes and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

• Preparing detailed cost estimates & project budgets.
• Preparing advance payment claims for awarded projects & final accounts for completed projects.
• Timely preparation & submitting all monthly interim payment applications / invoices.
• Preparing & submitting variation orders for the changes in the scope.
• Preparing necessary quotations for the maintenance works.
• Evaluating subcontractor’s invoices & preparing payment certificates accordingly.
• Analyzes of drawings and specification and other documents.
• Quantity take-off of all Aluminium, glass & stainless steel works based on architectural drawings.
• Preparation of BOQ accordance with the standard method of measurements
• Drawing & Document control.
• Calculating the total material scope as per drawing.
• Ensure Project specification and special requirements
• Co-ordinate with technical department for technical clarification
