 Conducted a thorough review of existing supply chain reporting and procedures, including forecast
development, daily stock and sales reporting, and sales order review and approval for system entry, and
revised them to align with a new strategy aimed at improving delivery reliability, sales order management,
and inventory recording and reporting.
 Designed and implemented customized data structures for reports related to inventory, sales orders, and
purchase orders to ensure the availability of accurate, up-to-date information for planning and operations.
 Generated forecasts for over 2, 000 SKUs in collaboration with key suppliers, utilizing past three years of
sales history and current market inputs from sales and marketing teams.
 Led demand review meetings on a monthly basis, involving representatives from sales, marketing, and
finance.
 Trading Stock procurement (Deal with 19 Vendors)
 Follow-up with marketing & Sales department to obtain signed-off forecast for next quarter and prepare
purchase order based on the team forecast and release it based on lead times.
 Discuss suggested order quantities with supply chain, sales & marketing, and finance.
 Amend suggested order quantities with agreed purchasing quantities and update system.
 Generate purchase orders and forward for approvals through SAP System.
 Follow-up with approval authorities in case of delays in approval while resolving queries.
 Forward approved purchase orders to suppliers and obtain acknowledgement with tentative delivery dates.
 Follow-up and obtain original shipping documents from supplier and handover to logistics department.
 Make sure shipping insurance is obtained for CIF shipments.
 Communicate with suppliers for damages or discrepancy in documents versus actual delivery.
 Raise insurance claim where necessary and follow till the subject is resolved.
 Confirm goods received and file the purchase order in records for future reference.
 Prepare a chart for the performance for each supplier with the forecast given by sales team and Actual sales
for management to understand the situation where we are standing.
 Preparing Inventory Freshness Report for Sales and trademarking planning and awareness.
 Monitored and improved gaps and bottlenecks in the order-to-cash cycle.
 Worked closely with teams from purchasing, warehouses, sales, and finance to ensure smooth execution of
planning and achievement of common targets.
