• Provide generalist operational HR support by, providing first level advise and hands on support where required, on key people management/HR processes for the specific division of a business segment including Performance Management, Issues Management, Disciplinary, Grievances, Long Term Sickness cases, and Succession Planning.
• Responsible for managing all HR activities to include full range of current and anticipated operational support, in line with the Annual Performance Calendar, ensuring that all activates take place in accordance with timescale and best practices.
