- Actively sell products to customers in order to be able to achieve the agreed sales targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Introduce new business by participating in trading events and seminars/webinars .

●Deliver the agreed group telemarketers targets within budget through appropriate planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of the telemarketers team.

●Recruit, train, roster and manage a team of casual telemarketers to meet agreed lead targets.
●Monitor daily statistics and report on set for all team members to ensure optimal service results are achieved.
●Coach, mentor and develop team members including through call coaching sessions, call evaluations and development of outbound sales scripts .
●Contribute to the development of a high performance culture within the business including providing leadership, coaching, support and advice to direct reports •
●Responsible for the Telemarketing budget •
●Liaise with the sales team to ensure optimal service is being provided through lead generation.
●Determine resource requirements including skill levels and the required capabilities are in place to achieve telemarketing targets .
●Ensure employees in the Telemarketing team have sufficient knowledge and information to perform their roles .
●Ensure all employees have clear performance criteria and any issues which are affecting the achievement of performance outcomes are managed promptly.
●Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports.
●Responsible for the current systems, policies and procedures used by the Telemarketing team.
●Make recommendations regarding any changes or new operational processes and implement those changes.
