 Providing first and second level support to field teams for RAN and TX network of STC by accessing the network remotely with help of tools like MOSHELL, AMOS, 2G OSS 3G OSS and STC trouble ticket tool RTTS.
 Preparing procedures for the company OHS procedures, Faulty replacement procedures, Faulty return procedures, PMR procedures, Troubleshooting procedures, Access arranging procedures etc.
 Attending monthly meeting with Ericsson for monthly progress, obstacles faced during routine O&M and any new procedure implemented by customer.
 Attending weekly meeting with Ericsson to provide justifications for SLA exceeding trouble tickets.
 Responsible for achieving PMR target in WFMS to receive full POD.
 Responsible for all kind of customer requests like providing extra support for special requests, comparisons and reports of all kind.
 Follow up with other parties for pending issue
 Also taking part in compiling data on the basis of which we provide study to customer to enhance the performance of network like Access Issue study, repeated sites issue, other parties issues.
 Installing all software tool like MOSHELL (Compatible with all windows), OMT (compatible with all windows), MSM (compatible with all windows) & Traffic node (Compatible with all windows).
 Making sure field teams have all releases for all Nodes like Basic package for 3G, 4G and 2G. Upgrade Package for 2G, 3G & 4G. Latest Baseline releases for traffic nodes.
 Preparing the team roster to make required resources available 24/7*365 to handle trouble tickets within SLA

RAN support Engineer at Ericsson

 Consultant for 2G, 3G, 4G and Traffic Nodes (ATM and IPRAN) at Ericsson for STC managed Services Project.
 24/7*365 Tier 2 support for STC RAN project in western region, and coordinating with Front office MNOC, Front Office TX, Back office Access, Back Office TX third parties like E&M and TNOC, Ericsson local support for second and third level support.
 Conducting inspection acceptance of new installed links, sites and upgrades.

Transmission (TN, Mini link E, SIU).
• Troubleshooting for Ericsson Traffic Node using mini link craft and configuration for both kinds of transport ATM as well as IPRAN.
• Troubleshooting, replacing and configuring cards like MMU, NPU, LTU & ETU of all kinds.
• Link troubleshooting for 1+0, 1+1 SD. 1+1 standby, 2+0 XPIC, 2+2 XPIC with SD.
• Upgrade Baseline Software releases and module releases to latest releases.
• Rerouting of the sites for overcoming line of sight issues.
• Troubleshooting for complete physical path by providing E1 loop testing or ping test using Cisco catalyst of Ethernet tester.
• Configuration and troubleshooting for SIU. Creating Scripts for SIU for IP to E1 to enable Abis interface for 2G and to configure other Ethernet ports as switch for WCDMA, LTE etc.
• Troubleshooting for mini link E classic using MSM for Micro cells.

 RBS 6000 Series (Node B & E Node B).
 Troubleshooting for most new generation of cabinets of Ericsson capable of supporting GSM, WCDMA &LTE (For both TDD/FDD).
 Troubleshooting and reintegrating RBS 6000 series for BTS (DUG), WCDMA (NodeB) & LTE (eNodeB).
 Running basic packages, upgrading to latest releases and creating onsite scripts for DUW/DUL/DUS to reintegrate for corrupted or formatted sites using OMT, MOSHELL, AMOS and Element Manager.
 Troubleshooting and replacement of all kind of cards like DUs, RUs, PDUs, TMAs, RETs and other antenna system related alarms like VSWR.

RBS 3000 Series (Node B).
 Troubleshooting for 3G cabinets of Ericsson.
 Reintegrating for formatted or corrupted sites by installing basic package, upgrading to latest release, preparing and running O&M, site and IUB scripts to make site on Air using Element manager and MOSHELL.
 Troubleshooting for site visibility and all internal, external Alarms and antenna system related alarms using Element Manager and MOSHELL. Coordinating with back office for higher level support.
 Changing boards like RU, FU, ETMF, ETMC, CBU, TMA & RETs etc.

 RBS 2000 Series & RBS 6000 (2G).
 Troubleshooting/Operation and Maintenance for RBS, Macro 6201, 2206, 2202, 2216 & Micro 2308, External & internal Alarms Configuration & Troubleshooting for RBS.
 Creating new IDB as per site requirements for troubleshooting purposes.
 Both Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
 Interrogating E1 status by loop break test and connecting the E1 to RBS according to the cabinet.
 Troubleshooting for boards like TRU, DTRU, CDU, CXU, DXU etc.

Alcatel-Lucent PBX (Technical Support Engineer). Working on OXO, OXE, 4300 & 4200. Main responsibilities include Installation and configuration of the systems and their maintenance. (OXO and OXE).Reconfiguration of the systems, taking backups of the system using FTP commander or other software to link between 4400 and PC. To restore the backup using same procedure in reverse direction. And restoring it in 4400. Connecting OXO by OMC and 4400 by telnet or serial connection for programming purposes. Installation of UNIX and LINUX based releases for 4400 or OXE to prepare system from the scratch. Then programming or restoring the back up of the system. Performing monthly GMAs for the customer under contract and entertaining the daily complaints.
