Overseeing the maintenance functions; tracking daily breakdowns, trouble shooting, implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the plant.
Maintain, use analyze data, information and records to diagnose and solve problems to provide effective engineering support / solutions.
Planning and scheduling for weekly preventive maintenance.
Repair of electrical and mechanical parts.
Read and interpret electronics, electrical and mechanical layout of the machine.
Working knowledge and experience trouble shooting and calibrating level, pressure and flow measuring instruments.
Working knowledge/experience with PLC's (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley preferred) including: programming, troubleshooting both digital and analog devices, operator interface systems
Conversant with HT & LT power distribution system and equipment’s like transformers, switchgears, Motors, VFD, UPS, cables and HVAC system

•Operation and maintenance of 18 MW TURBOGENERATOR
