 Preparing and reviewing of clinical laboratory process, technical and quality management SOPs and periodically assessments, Evaluating QC records, Lab KPI, measurement of uncertainty, preventive and daily maintenance, functional check and calibration records of the lab instruments.
 Maintaining the sterility of the laboratory, performance cross contamination and monitoring laboratory cleaning environment, biosafety of the processed samples and proper waste disposable method.
 Performing instruments validation to understanding and establishing its limit of detections, reportable ranges, analytical sensitivity and specificity of the performance.
 Evaluating and validating the new tests methods in the premises and making easily accessible availability by all the laboratory personnel.
 Providing instructions on Laboratory General Safety, Personnel and practical Safety, Precautions and awareness about cross Infections and control.
