● Organise and supervise the commissioning, operation and maintenance of plant machinery, heavy equipment and vehicles
● Evaluate production and delivery operations to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
● Develop and implement standards and policies to enhance the overall operational efficiency.
● Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the line manager.
● Oversee and coordinate current projects within the facility
● In charge of dispatching finished parts and maintaining records.
● Addressing customer complaints and executing corrective measures.
● Accountable for implementing quality in the system.
