Execution of project work in accordance to contractual and technical
specifications and in charge of the following services:-
* Installation of HVAC systems like
Ducting - Fire rated ducting, GI ducting.
Fan coil Units, Air Handling Units.
Chilled water piping installation.
* Plumbing works.
* All mechanical services.
* Prepared documentation like Work inspection request (WIR).
* Prepared overall mechanical work inspection report as per the
consultant comments and approval.
* Attending inspection with the consultant and rectifying the
comments.
* Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the
project.
* Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material,
labor output, utilization of site resources effectively.
* Prepare BOQ for MEP, Mechanical services.
* Ensuring safety and quality as per the company standards.
* Assigning and monitoring task to the site staff.
Maintenance work done for 14 construction building and also overall site
maintenance like:-
* Installation of temporary water supply all over the site.
* Changing the water supply lines as per the site conditions.
* Installation of temporary water pump.
* Managed the maintenance of the whole site with few number of
labors.
* Clearing SNAG comments of ADCE
