Track and resolve all maintenance issues to ensure machines and building systems are
maintained and operating at maximum efficiency.
- Maintain machines and buildings in good working condition as to maximize asset value.

- Project Management of large construction projects, including contract negotiations and bid
management; serve as point of contact for all maintenance vendors; coordinate inspections,
meetings; and work with management to plan and complete capital projects under fiscal and
time restraints.
- Hire, supervise, manage, motivate, coach, counsel, discipline, and train all maintenance staff.
Conduct annual performance reviews of all maintenance staff
- Ensure the facility meets all local and organizational required standards.
- Manage the building preventative maintenance system including assigning work orders and
following up to ensure that all work orders are professionally completed and recorded correctly.
- Understand and oversee the budgeting and expenses of the department, and the priorities that
evolve due to budgeting.
- Maintain an on-going list of projects, and to plan a daily/weekly/monthly work cycle of those
projects to insure completion in a timely fashion.
- Review maintenance staff’s worked hours for payroll compilation
Ensure that all maintenance activities enhance people's and product's safety, product quality,
protection of the environment and Operations performance, by providing engineering professional
and technical leadership to the maintenance function.
- Implement preventive and proactive maintenance to extend the life time of asset.
- Built the maintenance budget (zero base), ensuring justification, request, implementation,
reporting and tracking in line with Guidelines.
Ensure that the needs of the factory are fulfilled, as per Production requirements. That all utilities
that come or may come in contact with product are treated according to the acceptance food safety
criteria for product/processes.
- Ensure optimum energy/water consumption at factory level, by implementing proper power map
for the factory.
- Fitting new parts and make sure the equipment is working correctly.
- Prepare contract documents and evaluates tenders for material supply, installation or maintenance.
- Put a proper KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and APIs (Activity Performance Indicator) to
measure the performance of the production lines and maintenance activity to be aligned with the
business goals and targets.

Achievements:
- Reduce the TBD (technical breakdown) from 16.97 % to 8.42% in one year.
- Increase the MTBF (mean time between failures) from 7.11 to 9.49 in one year.
- Increase the repairing of equipment; Roller, motor, pump to reduce the maintenance
cost.
- Find new supplier with high quality of spares and low price.
- Improve AI (asset intensity” line efficiency”) of factory by doing white belt
projects to reduce the unplanned time.
- Reduce the factory energy ratio by white belt project
Assure optimization of the Maintenance Organization structure

My responsibilities;
1- Revision and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that electrical panels and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
2-Supervise and train company team members as necessary.
3- implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, electrical panels, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes .
4-Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements .
5-Inspect completed electrical panels and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards .
6-Supervise and train company team members as necessary.
7-Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
