Description : Organized and participated in weekly meetings with the other Contractors for presenting and discussing upon weekly report of work completed, any site issues and quality check of the work completed. Designed BOQ, managed manpower of 30 technicians, delivered materials on the site, planned and implemented measures to execute the ongoing project, supervised site and got the necessary approvals from different government bodies & Consultant for Site Testing & commissioning of the smart devices
