• Performs general architectural works including architectural design site visits and inspections and prepares related reports Reviews CAD drawings renderings layouts study models construction documents;
• Monitors the on-site activities relating to the architectural/civil engineering infrastructure so as to ensure their conformance with the project requirements;
• Preparation of RFI and Design Change requests.
• Assist Finishing team in order to resolve quality related issues and conflicts of disciplines on Site and drawings
• Ensure vigilance of Finishing team to observe the Deficiencies, Faults and Non-Conformity of any work at site for quick Remedial/Rectification action;
• Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design change orders;
• Administer design subcontract including processing monthly invoices for payment;
• Follow up with technical office staff, consultants and sub-contractor..

MAIN DUTIES
•Manage a team of Site Engineers to look after day-to-day activities of all Architectural works (i-e Dry and wet wall & floor tile Fixing, Paint work application from Primer, filler to final coat, Dry wall partitions with aluminum studs, False Ceiling work with approved suspension system, Dry and wet Marble fixing etc.) on site;
•Good Attention to Detail Site coordination with site workers to answer all queries and provide good instruction to perform the work;
•ensure that all the work is being carried out strictly as per Project specifications & Quality Plan;
