• Lead Financial control's change initiative by implementing action plans related to risk assessment and annual planning, audit execution, audit reporting, staff recruiting and development.
• Issue all Financial and Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
• Proactively inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls.
• Actively participate in executive management meetings and/or committees to ensure that Financial Control Department is well-informed of key business developments that could have an impact on audit priorities and/or plans.
• Attract, hire, and retain a team of high-performing audit professionals who possess outstanding knowledge, experience, ethics, and integrity.
• Ensure that Financial Control Department is performing its work in accordance with established professional standards and remain abreast of emerging trends and best practices that can be incorporated into the function.

• Ensure clear/effective risk management governance, strategy is in place for the Company;
• Conduct periodic risk reviews with risk owners, ensuring that sufficient mitigating actions and risk responses are appropriate and effectively carried out;
• Ensures that “SOX” methodology is implemented in the Company;
• Provide support in the area of control design and optimization. Sharing best practice and providing advice on the simplification, automation, standardization within business processes;
• Assist in the response to audit findings and identifying root causes;
• Provide an evaluation of major control gaps for escalation to Senior Management and monitor their remediation;
• Support in the implementation of Global/Strategic Projects, including management of potential risks associated with them;
• Modification of existing controls according to the goals and terms of transformation;
• Develop strong relations with senior management, external business partners and internal auditor to drive internal control culture and implementation;
• Member and secretary of the local Risk Ethics & Assurance Committee (REAC);
• Coordination of the IC&RM team

• Supervise of several financial professionals daily responsibilities,
• Ensure effective business partnerships and cross functional cooperation with Technical and IT functions and expert assessment of financial decisions,
• Organization and coordination of projects initiation and business case calculation,
• Development and implementation of project accounting,
• Permanent follow-up and supervision for expediency of the approved operational and capital expenditures;
• Participation in organization and control of Strategic planning, Business planning, Yearly budgeting and Budget updates,
• Simultaneous Projects management/leadership related to Group initiatives for Financial Transformation/Globalization (GOM) and Network Costing (NCM),
• Financial management procedures creation/localization and carry into effect: e. g. “Capex review and management”;

On top of main responsibilities from the previous topic, working simultaneously for 3 countries mentioned companies FP&A, for:
• Participation in Finance Hub pilot project, for coordination of mentioned companies FP&A Capital Review functions;
• Organization of investment projects approval process for above mentioned 3 Companies;
• Ensure effective partnerships and cross functional cooperation with above mentioned countries' all business functions;
• Participation in “Investment Committees” meetings and assessment of financial decisions

• Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting of Technical Department both CAPEX and OPEX (with total amount of 15mEUR) and creation of TD global Budget,
• To be the interface with “Orange” Group “Long Term Network Evaluation Planning” department for yearly budgeting and strategic planning purpose,
• Stock control and optimization follow-up,
• Follow-up of TD global Contracts,
• Responsible for capital and operational expenditures financial control,
• Forecast and follow-up of equipment and service delivery to be in line with budget,
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and compare with Financial department reports,
• Prepare financial analysis for management,
• Work with department director and sub-department managers to develop short term business plans and long term strategic plans for the company,
• To be the interface with Financial department for transversal projects and cross functional cooperation,
