Entry clearance Assistant - Visa Section
• Checking Visa Application forms received from the Visa Application Centre (VAC) and 'spoke' posts. Uploading the data onto the section's IT system, adding relevant background notes and linking to previous applications
• Sticking visa vignettes into passports after authorisation by an Entry Clearance Officer (ECO)
• Conducting telephone checks of suspect documents with e.g. banks or employers and writing short formal Document Verification Reports on the findings
• Conducting general queries as directed by ECOs to assist in their decisions
• Checking and despatching pouches being despatched back to the VAC and spoke posts.
• Filing and weeding of records as directed.

A group project representing an executive Project Management firm tendering for a contract to manage Dona Prima Internationals latest fashion show. As part of the tender the group is required to submit a strategic project plan, in the form of a Project Report, for the following project. Moreover, the group is required to make a Presentation of the ideas for effective execution of the project to the client. The chosen company must advise Dona Prima Internationals Project Director; the tender should then be submitted within two weeks of invitation to tender, after this time the company will be removed from the tender list.
