Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labor Law and regulations.
- Ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Preparing offer letters and appointment letters for new hires
- Dealing with MOHRE, MOL, NAFIS for Emiratization and GPSSA for pension
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and development plans.
- Handle processes related to increments, promotions, and demotions with management approval.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administrator payroll, insurance, and employee welfare initiatives
- Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and legal documentation (passports, Visas, Labor Contracts)
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and support career advancement.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare warning letters, termination notices, and process penalties as directed by management.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system.
- Monitor visa, labor contract expires and ensure timely renewals or terminations as per policy.
Budget and HR Projects:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the HR budget.
- Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives.
Team Supervision:
- Supervise the HR assistant, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Ensure adherence to legal procedures and actions against employees as per guidelines
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay informed of HR best practices and industry trends.
