Applying for travel visa in the Netherlands embassy and taking finger prints, entering data dealing with applicant solving problems.
My first job was a Receptionist (one year):
• Communicate with people.
• Solving problems.
• Making calls to seats meetings.
• Book appointments.
• Charging for memberships.
• Making membership card.
• Being responsible for the formal forms that need to be sent to the head office.
• Planning and organizing events.
• Giving full information about the work place.
• Being the right hand for the mangers .
My second position was a Secretary (9 months):
I asked for transfer after I finished my English diploma and my contract in my first working place to be a Secretary (Personal Assistant) for Dental Department chief at Saad Hospital my position duties:
• Making schedules for all of the doctors.
• Hand Scan for 28 Doctors.
• Writing official letters in English & Arabic
• Prepare for the meetings (names, Agenda, taking summary, Ext...)
• Booking courses
• Prepare the re- contracting and the resignation papers.
