• Responsible for managing a demanding portfolio of high networth clients, and attracting new customer business from competitors.
• Market the full range of retail banking products and services as well as cross-sell products and services from other segments, e.g. Asset Management and Treasury, in order to achieve an acceptable level of income, economic profit and risk in line with agreed business plans.
• Ensure all applications and documentations are in order, and follow up on cases with other departments / back offices for smooth processing and quick approvals.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of client profile (KYC) as well as maintaining high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure all policies and procedures in relation to operational risk, sales process and money laundering prevention are followed.
• Achieve set targets in terms of sales and service quality.
