• Managing M2 projects in terms of project scope, timeline, forecasted revenue and initial budget

• Create, develop and maintain financial models for development projects;
• Establish and maintain development budgets and manage the project according to approved budgets.
• Maintain pricing strategy based on market skim, and implement to the financial model and with costs, extracting project KPI’s

• Create and review meticulous financial models, feasibility studies, due diligence reports and project's specific business plans.
• Create and review cash flow projections based on equity and finance options for each specific development throughout the development cycle.
• Control and governance to ensure all projects consistently adhere to business objectives
• Manage Communication of all project status to participants and stakeholders accurately and on time, develop and implement solutions to correct any deviation.
• Manage and coordinate team of professional consultants to ensure effective Land use and project delivery
• Manage the detailed design phase of the projects, ensuring strict adherence to corporate specifications and attention to cost management
• Coordination with design teams(Engineering) to assure applying best practice on Land and built up area
• Maintain relationship with internal design, estimating and pre-development team.
• Communicating and coordinating all projects activities with internal stakeholders (i.e. Development, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing…..etc), and external consultants.
