- Responsible for visiting doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams
- Organize meetings and discussions to present products’ features and benefits to doctors, pharmacists and technicians
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff
- Attend regularly company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
- Ensure being up to date with the latest clinical data and interpreting, presenting and discussing it with healthcare professionals
- Plan work schedules through weekly and monthly timetables
- Prepare Sales Report monthly
- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to medical staff
- Responsible for registering pharmaceutical products with MOH authorities of Various GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman & Jordan)
- Responsible for registering Para pharmaceutical products, personal care products & cosmetics with Dubai Municipality & ESMA and other local authorities in UAE
- Ensuring compliance with Drug registering regulations with GCC countries
- Planning, undertaking and overseeing product trials and regulatory inspections
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
- Obtaining marketing permission
- Ensuring the quality standards are met and submission met strict deadlines
- Following up with products approvals
- Preparing documentations needed
One year education consisting of 9 months of clinical clerkship experiences and 4 months of which were done in Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas, U.S.A. Rotations done in Lebanon include: Infectious Diseases, Emergency Medicine, Endocrinology, Pharmaceutical Industry and Discharge Counseling. Rotations done in Houston Methodist Hospital included: Skilled Nursing Facility/ Rehabilitation Outpatient, Psychiatry Inpatient, Community Pharmacy - Walgreens, and Drug Information Center. February 2015: Certification of Achievement in Pharmacy - based Immunization Delivery ( American Pharmacists Association). January 2015 - January 2017: Certification for healthcare Provider ( CPR and AED) ( American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association). June 2015: Certificate of Completion in the Houston Methodist Hospital: Clinical Practical Experience Program February 5, 2015 to June 30, 2015.
Five years of educational courses of pharmacology, pharmaco-therapeutics and other pharmacy related courses. In addition to several community and hospital rotations in different pharmacies and hospitals in Beirut. This includes different rotations every month during the last year of education including clinical, industrial and community clerkship experiences. Clinical rotations included Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics and Intensive Care Unit. Two inter professional education program certificates were received; Step 1: Roles of Health and Social Care Professionals and Step 2: Interprofessional Communication. Semesters June 2013 and March 2011: Honor List.
